Who are we looking for?
Those who register with us are usually established social care professionals with sound post-qualifying experience. We refer to our candidates as “associates”, so as to underline our professional partnership with them. They come from a variety of fields within the statutory, independent and voluntary sectors. They may be experienced Social Workers, Therapists, Heads of Service, Home Managers, Directors etc. and come to us either to explore a new career move, opportunities for personal development, or to undertake interim “free-lance” assignments. The employers that we recruit for also come from an equally diverse range of social care fields and this enables us to offer YOU an interesting mix of opportunities to chose from.
